At  Bottle & Crafts Store, we want you to love your handcrafted art. As each piece is uniquely crafted, slight imperfections are a natural part of its beauty and charm. We prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward exchange policy to make things right.  If you’d like to exchange your item for a different piece, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. All exchanges must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is returned in a non-original condition. Please read the following guidelines to understand our exchange process.. 

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Time Frame: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, alterations, or damage.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your original receipt or order confirmation to process the exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Some items are not eligible for exchange, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Start by reaching out to our customer service team. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Return Shipping: If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed and the new item is on its way. 

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange it at no additional cost to you. Make sure to report any issues within 10 days of delivery, and include photos of the damaged or defective item for faster processing.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
